Return Policy

At Vogula, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item or size, please contact us at info@Vogula.com. We provide a full refund or a free replacement for verified quality issues, missing items, or shipping errors. Please include photos of the product and the packaging in your email for faster processing.

For returns based on personal preference or sizing, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. For health and safety reasons, items such as bodysuits, swimwear, and jewelry cannot be returned once the original packaging or seal has been opened.

To start a return, please email us at info@Vogula.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
